Ans. Study material is only provided in pdf and video formats. Students also have access to other e-material through the “Interactive Library” feature on the DMVS student portal. All students enrolled at DMVS will have access to live classes and tutorials, asynchronous video content, pdf of reading material etc. that will cover all the topics of each subject being taught at DMVS. Students can attend the live classes directly and access the recording of the live classes as per their convenience.
DMVS administration will not be able to provide any study material in hard-copy format or send it to students’ home through parcel. All study material will be available in online/soft copy version only.

Ans. In a day, DMVS students will attend a theme-based virtual assembly, live classes and tutorial through the DMVS schooling platform. They will also have the option of viewing recorded classes for revision and other study material for better understanding of topics.
In addition, they will also attend one-on-one mentoring sessions, zeriod periods and participate in special events like annual day, special day celebrations, etc. to socialize and showcase their talent.

Ans. Tutorials are small group, teacher-student interactions for clarifying doubts as per subject needs. Any student who has queries or doubts can discuss them with the teachers during tutorials.

Ans. The practicals for required subjects will be conducted using virtual lab simulations online, relevant videos and live classes.

Ans. Yes, a range of co-curricular activities are conducted at DMVS. These include special assemblies and zero periods with special guest speakers, yoga sessions, competitions, games, etc.

Ans. The medium of instruction will be both English and Hindi. This means that teachers will use a mix of Hindi and English language to teach in the classroom. English will be the primary mode of instruction in live classes as well recorded videos. Ans. DMVS follows the new age assessment pattern of Delhi Board of School Education where students are assessed based on the competencies that they have gained while learning at the school. Students are assessed through class tests, live online exams, assignments, home work, project work, activities etc.

However it is important to note that term-end assessments may be conducted in-person at a physical centre in Delhi as per the policies of DBSE.
